I followed this family around their home, capturing spaces drenched in meaning. I loved hearing the stories tied to each part of their home and backyard. This is my favourite way to photograph - documenting your family just as they are.

Whilst I encourage a more relaxed, uncontrived approach to your session, there are a few ways you can ensure you get the most out of your family portrait session and make it an enjoyable - not stressful! - experience.

The images I create and the way I do it are inspired by the essence of Sundays - a slower, more intentional pace, time with family and friends, time spent in and connected to nature; time to rest and restore, to enjoy the fruits of your labour from the days before; time to savour what has been and look forward to what will be.​​​​​​​​
